tender is the night.

Alhamdulillah, we’ve arrived safely back in Kuala Berang late this afternoon.
Mr Sunshine is getting his much needed sleep as he drove for 8 hours with only 3 hours of sleep. I kept asking him whether he needed to me to take over the wheel, but he insisted on driving the whole way.
I failed miserably as a co-pilot, I was knocked out for almost two hours ! 🙁

A pot of beef curry is currently cooking on the kitchen stove.
I have time to blog because I waiting for the beef to be tender. Hehe.

Ok, it’s best I get back to cooking.
