Prenatal and Postnatal Vitamins

Better late than never, kan kan kan kan ? Hee.

I am now in my 2nd trimester, 25 weeks to be exact.
And I am now 10kgs heavier. Haha.

The nausea and lethargy I went through during my first trimester has slowly started to dissipate. Alhamdulillah.
And syukur to Allah, I managed to fast throughout Ramadhan this year with only missing one day because I woke up after Subuh. Sobs.
I was hoping to get to puasa penuh but I guess having to qadha 1 day isn’t that bad. :)

Mr. Sunshine has been such a darling, helping me to cook and clean for the past 5 months. Love you Encik Gigi Besarku !
I think he has this hidden passion for cooking, he keeps googling for new recipes to try. Hehe.

This is a multivitamin with iron which helps us fill in our daily nutritional gaps. The iron in it helps pregnant mothers maintain healthy hemoglobin (HB) levels.

It’s critical to have enough folic acid in our system by the early weeks of pregnancy to prevent spina bifida. That’s why I recommend taking B Complex wayyyy before you get pregnant. :)

Sustained Release Vita C
Vitamin C helps improve our immune system, which is of course very important during pregnancy.

Source of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D, which is very important for bone and growth of baby. The calcium our baby needs is provided by our diet, so we have to make sure we get enough calcium in our diet.

What’s good about all the above is I can still continue taking them after delivery (with the addition of Alfalfa Complex), and I plan to do so, InshaAllah.

    Wah! Sangat jealous. Masa kak pia preggie dulu doktor siap tak bagi puasa. Dapat puasa 10 hari aje. pastu baby tak membesar. Dah bersalin, letih nak ganti puasa.

      Ye ke kak ? Itulah fikir malas nak ganti puasa banyak-banyak pun satu hal cuz Khayla bersalin masa bulan puasa, lamaa gila nak ganti haha.
