I am head over heels in love with ESP, I never forget to drink it at least once a day ! It doesn’t only give me energy to go through being a working mother, it also helps my skin stay moist all day. Even scars on my body are getting lighter ! Alhamdulillah !!

How do you drink your ESP ? My favourite is to mix it with Nestle Bliss Yogurt Drink . YUMMY !!

 Below are variations on how you can drink your ESP:

  1. ESP + Warm Water
  2. ESP+ Fresh Milk
  3. ESP + Fresh Milk + dates (soak dates in the fresh milk, after few hours..blend/shake it and mix with 1 spoon of ESP)
  4. ESP + Anmum milk
  5. ESP + Shaklee Performance Drink + Shaklee Meal Shakes
  6. ESP + Nesvita 3in1
  7. ESP + Tropicana Twister juice
  8. ESP + Ribena
  9. ESP + any fruit juice
  10. ESP + Milo/Horlicks
  11. ESP + sirap bandung
  12. ESP + fresh milk + 1 spoon of honey + 1 spoon of oats + 1 spoon of cocoa powder (blend all !)
  13. ESP + cocoa +oats
  14. ESP + Milo/Cadbury chocolate powder+ HL milk
  15. ESP + dates+ oats+ powdered milk + honey + water (blended)
  16. ESP + dates + raisins + almonds + fresh milk (blended
  17. ESP + Shaklee Meal Shakes + Milo (best if drank cold !)
  18. ESP + Nestle Bliss (best if drank cold !)
  19. ESP + dates + nestum  + Shaklee Meal Shakes + powdered milk <– blend, and add ice. Yummy and satisfying !
  20. ESP + dates + almond + avocado + ice (blended)

This is how to make a smoothie using ESP/Meal Shakes etc:

  • 1 glass of fresh milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of natural plain yogurt
  • Fresh fruits (diced and refrigerated)
  • Supplement (the original recipe usese 1 tablespoon of ESP,  1 tablespoon of Mealshake and 1 packet of Collagen powder)
  • 1 teaspoonful of honey
  •  Cocoa powder (optional)

Blend all the ingredients, and enjoy !

NOTES:

  • DO NOT mix protein with HOT WATER because the nutrients can be destroyed at high temperatures
  • Do not take more than 3 tablespoons/day ..(we do not want to burden our kidneys with excess protein)
