Shaklee Vita E Complex Clearance Sale

Good morning all !
As explained in one of my earlier posts, this month Shaklee is having a clearance sale for Shaklee Vita E Complex !

october 2015 promotion vita e

It is stated clearly in the poster that Vita E expires in January 2016, hence the term CLEARANCE SALE ! Hehe.

Usually to purchase two bottles of Vita E, you’d have to fork out almost RM 300 (retail price). But this month, with HALF that price, you can get your hands on TWO bottles of Vita E !

A few suggestions on how you can make use of this buy 2 at 50% promotion is:
1. Give (or sell ?) 1 bottle to a friend or relative.
2. Take 2 capsules daily for extra antioxidant effect. I know of a person who is taking 3 capsules twice a day !
3. Use the capsule externally on scars etc. Click here for my ESP & Vita E mask.

So there, I am sure all of you are smart enough to know that this is definitely an awesome bargain.

Just a short recap on why vitamin E is good for us:

  • Vitamin E is an effective antioxidant that helps fight free radicals in your body, hence making it an excellent nutrient for the skin.
  • Vitamin E aids sex hormones production for both men & women. Shaklee’s Vita E Complex also contains Selenium which helps increase sperm count & motility plus making it a good choice for those concerned about fertility. I have a whole post dedicated to vitamin E and men’s sexual health. Hehe.

A good point to note is that Shaklee’s Vita E Complex also contains grape see extract. You can read more on that if you click here. :)

Feel free to contact me for more details. :)

Vitamin E and its benefits on Men’s Sexual Health

photos.demandstudios.com_getty_article_187_92_56400315_XS

Vitamin E is dubbed the “Sex Vitamin”
Vitamin E increases blood flow and oxygen to your genitalia.
It also is a key player in the production of your sex hormones to give you that sex drive boost.
It’s also an anti-aging antioxidant, which helps with your youthfulness and vitality.

How does Vitamin E help improve men’s sexual health ?

1. Improved Sperm Motility

Taking vitamin E supplements o can help improve the quality of your sperm. Research published in the March-April 2003 issue of “Archives of Andrology” indicates that study participants who took 400 mg of vitamin E in conjunction with 225 mcg of selenium showed improvements in sperm motility. MayoClinic.com reports that how well your sperm are able to move directly impacts your fertility as sperm need to be able to make their way over distances to fertilize an egg, and motility helps them to this.

2. Increased Sperm Count

Having a low sperm count can decrease your fertility. MayoClinic.com defines a low sperm count has having less than 20 million sperm per milliliter of your semen. This can happen for any number of reasons, from simple causes like aging and infections to more complication issues like tumors and chromosome defects. Your physician may recommend surgery or hormone treatment, but taking vitamin E supplements may help as well. Vitamin E, an antioxidant, protects your body from damage from free radicals, according to Medline Plus. Research published in the February 2009 issue of the “Journal of the Indian Medical Association” suggests that low numbers of sperm correlate to free radical damage, and vitamin E may find use in guarding your sperm against this damage.
On another note, selenium is essential to sperm production. Nearly half, 50%, of the selenium in your or or your spouses body is in the testes and seminal ducts. Guys lose selenium in their semen when they ejaculate.  Having optimal levels of Selenium is essential for your virility.
